The building
The Villa11 building, like the other villas in Pasaréti, carries the elegance of the thirties. The new owners paid special attention to preserving value during the renovations, and with the help of interior designer Kata Sütő, the modern, multi-functional, exclusive interior that we see today was created, preserving the elegance of its past. When designing the new interior, the interior designer's goal was to combine bourgeois elegance with contemporary design, taking into account the traditions of cultural salons. In the interior, antique furniture and accessories harmoniously meet iconic design elements such as Gino Sarfatti's chandelier originally designed in 1958.
The classic forms are complemented by fresh, lively use of colors and materials, as well as playful shapes: for example, the lounge on the Salon level features armchairs upholstered in pastel pink, midnight blue and mustard yellow velvet, while the austerity of the kitchen is relieved by Aim lamps floating on Flos wires. Every room in Villa11 is characterized by lightness and elegance, from the small meeting room on the upper level to the café on the lower level.
The interior spaces of the building have been designed to easily adapt to the current functions. To this end, most of the furniture is movable, and special lighting technology on the walls ensures the proper illumination of the constantly changing works of art. The most important aspect when designing the spaces was to create a homely, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, while striving for the highest quality, whether it is the communal spaces or the rooms hosting wellbeing services. For example, the Wellbeing Center features solid oak parquet and the most modern, ergonomic Pilates equipment, while the changing rooms provide a homely atmosphere with Inkiostro Bianco wallpaper and solid wood furniture.
Villa11 is a truly multifunctional building, providing its guests with all its services at an exceptionally high standard. The result of the transformations is the rebirth of an elegant, bourgeois salon, complemented by the most modern technologies and design elements, thus fully meeting the expectations of the 21st century.

Salon
The Villa11 Salon room offers a beautiful, spacious space, equipped with a kitchen, dining area and terrace, ideal for hosting all kinds of events.
Dining room
A well-separable space with a huge table that comfortably seats 10 people. An ideal choice for negotiations and meetings, it also has direct access to the spacious kitchen and the terrace overlooking the garden.
Oasis Hall
The Villa11 Oasis Hall is a particularly elegant space for smaller events. It is sunny, cheerful, decorated with lots of plants and paintings.
Library room
Villa11's elegant and classic Library Room is furnished with antique furniture and a piano. It is an ideal location for private conversations, small meetings, and consultations.
Wellbeing room
Our ground floor wellbeing room is a bright and spacious space, which is perfect for standing receptions in addition to wellness programs.
