The entire first floor of the Villa, which includes the Library, the Salon, the Oasis and the Dining rooms, as well as the independent and spacious kitchen connected to them. The building also has its own terrace overlooking the garden. The Oasis and the Library, as well as the Dining room, can be separated from the other rooms with glass doors. The primary consideration in furnishing the floor was that guests would immediately feel comfortable and at home. The well-equipped kitchen also makes the rooms suitable for organizing cooking evenings and apartment restaurant events. The floor is also an exhibition space, so pictures of the current exhibition can always be viewed on the walls. The furniture in the Salon shown in the pictures can seat 40-45 people, while the dining room can seat 10 people.
