Service Description

Somatic training helps you experience the strength and harmony inherent in your body. The exercise series is based on the conscious coordination of the body and nervous system. This gentle and soft form of movement supports you in releasing tensions and blocks stored in the body, while restoring natural movement patterns and increasing body awareness. How does it work? I have also supplemented the somatic exercises with yin yoga elements, so that through slow, soft movements we release traumas stored in the body, reduce stress, thereby cortisol levels, and calm the overexcited nervous system. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or have been working on self-knowledge for a long time, the training gives every woman the opportunity to feel at home in her own body again.
