The soundbowl yoga is an excellent tool for all those who have difficulty or cannot meditate at all, but also for those who want to achieve the meditative state in a different, unusual way. During the sound bath, guests bathe in the soothing, harmonizing sounds and gentle vibration vibrations of Peter Hess® therapeutic singing bowls. The sound bath improves our general well-being and results in very effective, deep relaxation. It supports the creation of our inner peace, makes us more energetic, increases the threshold of external stimuli, helps us get rid of complaints caused by everyday stress, worries, fears, our creativity and creative power receive new impulses, and helps us recharge in many other ways.
