DANCE FIT The class, which is a mixture of fitness and dance, is based on Latin and jazz foundations, but also contains ballet and modern dance elements. It is a dynamic, cardio-type movement, which is primarily suitable for general body movement, increasing our circulation and stamina, but at the same time, by paying attention to the choreography, it is also a great tool for complete mental relaxation. DANCE FLOW This dance class provides continuous movement, lyrical and light. It helps to increase body awareness, self-confidence, flexibility and elasticity. It mixes elements of jazz and modern dances and effectively moves the whole body. It helps to increase body awareness and thus self-confidence, flexibility and elasticity. It is an excellent counterbalance to the physical and mental fatigue caused by a sedentary lifestyle, relaxes stiff limbs and helps to relax. STRETCH The movement form combining dynamic and static stretching exercises can be ideal for anyone who wants to move their joints. The continuously performed series of exercises effectively mobilizes the hips, helps to open the back and chest, and combines the effectiveness of yoga and physiotherapy. It is an easy form of movement that can be recommended to anyone, regardless of age and fitness level.
