Villa11's exercise classes

In Villa11, in addition to mental and spiritual relaxation, we also pay attention to physical refreshment. Our Wellbeing room is available to our guests on weekdays and Saturday mornings, which is also the location for group exercise classes. In addition to the most modern 3in1 reformer pilates machine classes, we welcome our dear guests who want to relax and refresh with dance classes and various yoga classes. With our Trial Pass and the 10 times Summer Pass, you can book appointments for our exercise classes without a membership. Our private classes are available to everyone.

Dance classes

At Villa11, we welcome our guests with dance classes set to pulsating, inspiring and relaxing music. These classes are invigorating for everyone and are also very effective.

  • Dance class: not only is this class extremely fun, but it also works the entire body. It's a group class that builds strength and stamina.

  • Dance Stretching: in addition to dance movements, the focus is on stretching the muscles.

  • Dance Fit: a class type composed of a mixture of fitness and dance with Latin music, which also includes ballet and classical dance elements.

  • Dance Flow: a continuous sequence of movements performed to lyrical and light music.

Yoga classes

When we dreamed up the Villa11 concept, we knew immediately that yoga could not be missing from our services. Our guests can relax and recharge their bodies and souls with a variety of yoga classes.

  • Dynamic yoga: a flowing, continuous movement class that thoroughly moves, strengthens, and tightens the body.

  • Singing bowl yin yoga: a relaxing class, during which the vibration of Tibetan singing bowls helps to achieve deeper relaxation, initiating the body's self-healing processes.

  • Yoga to start the day: from an energetic point of view, morning is the ideal time to practice yoga. It is a form of exercise that fills you with positive energy for the whole day.

  • Soft flow yoga: gentle, flowing and continuous movement that helps deepen consciousness, strengthen muscles, and reduce stress.

  • Somatic yoga: a special form of movement that focuses on the conscious coordination of the nervous system and the body.

Pilates classes

Villa11 offers its guests a variety of exercise classes, including the extremely popular pilates class today.

  • Reformer Pilates classes: an extremely effective form of exercise, one of the most popular group class types at Villa11

  • Floor Pilates classes: exercises performed on a mat that thoroughly move the body, and the mind is calmed thanks to conscious breathing

  • Mat + reformer pilates, which combines the two: exercises performed on the mat and the reformer complement each other perfectly. This is undoubtedly the most effective pilates class in our range.
