In 1980, he graduated from the Budapest School of Fine and Applied Arts, majoring in goldsmithing.
In 1981 he continued his studies in painting and mosaic at the Accademia di Belle Arti (College of Fine Arts) in Ravenna. He graduated in 1985, when he won the 1st prize for Young Painters at the Marina di Ravenna Prize, the “Luca Zacagnini” gold medal.
In 1986, he moved to Paris and was admitted to the École Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts.
In 1991, as a student of Leonardo Cremonini, he obtained his second, distinguished diploma in painting. That same year, his first solo exhibition opened in Paris. The themes of his paintings at that time were primarily interiors, where the various projections of sunlight, geometric or hieroglyphic forms formed the essence of the composition. Later, he opened his own studio in Paris.
In 1994, he visited his childhood swimming pool (the Lukács Bath), where his childhood memories came back to life and a series of stories about bathing began spanning decades, which later expanded to other baths, bathing areas, lake, river, sea and natural watersides in his scenic discovery routes.
In 2003, he was awarded the 1st prize in painting at the annual art salon "Horse in Art" in Saumur, the stronghold of the French equestrian school, with his painting "Before the Ride" (Avant la montée). He painted his equestrian paintings at the Honvéd Riding School in Budapest and at the Société d'Equitation de Paris, capturing his experiences while riding. In Kincsem Park in Budapest, he began to explore the theme of horse racing through his larger-scale paintings. He opened a studio in Budapest.
As a traveling artist, he returns to the places of his childhood, having captured thousands of landscapes of the world with the novelty of discovery on his canvases. He paints his pictures in Hungary, France, Turkey, Greece, Italy, the USA, and China, mostly after nature. In addition to the countries listed, his pictures have also been exhibited in the Netherlands, Germany, Slovakia, Romania, Poland, and Austria.
In addition to his paintings, he also creates sculptures, and large-scale mosaics are made based on his designs.
