I was introduced to the Stott Pilates method in 2007 – I immediately fell in love and committed to it. I am proud to have learned this technique from one of the most highly qualified master teachers in Europe, Krisztián Mélykuti.
The holistic methods I represent are recommended for everyone, regardless of age or gender. During my classes, the precisely developed, harmonious movements and exercises strengthen, shape, make the body flexible and develop quality body awareness. During my private classes, I create a personalized and effective lesson plan for everyone, which, thanks to special breathing techniques, creates harmony between the combined effect of training and relaxation. When practicing all three forms of movement, I try to create physical-mental-spiritual harmony for my guests, and I pass on my knowledge with passion and love. My motto: “I believe that change happens through movement.”
