BUDGET
1.This document is the house rules of Soulsisters Korlátolt Felelősség Társaság (registered office: 1026 Budapest, Torockó utca 11. 1st floor 1., hereinafter referred to as " Villa11 Club") (hereinafter referred to as " House Rules"), the purpose of which is to define the behaviour and conduct of persons staying in the villa building located at 1026 Budapest, Torockó utca 11., hereinafter referred to as " Villa11", and to establish the basic rules that are essential for safe and civilised service activities.
2. The Villa11 Club is a club-style leisure and events venue offering a unique environment and high quality service. The Rules of Use set out the requirements for the proper use, maintenance and safe operation of Villa11, which are not set out in other rules.
3. The Villa11 Rules are freely available to everyone at any time, and can be consulted at the reception of the Villa11 Club or on the Villa11 website (www.villa11.com).
4. It is the responsibility of all users of the Villa11 Club services to familiarise themselves with the rules of the Rules of the House before using the services, and the Villa11 staff and the Front Office Manager will be happy to assist in interpreting them.
5. The Operator, as your exclusive Data Controller, in compliance with the applicable data protection and data security (see GDPR) rules, will use the personal data of the guests exclusively for the provision of services within the framework of the membership system or in connection with it through the Motibro system and for the organisation of Villa11 events. Guests can find out about the data processing related to Villa11 services in the data processing statements made available on the provider's online and customer service interfaces. Where Villa11 requests any consent, it will only do so in accordance with its obligation to provide prior information. The Operator may only provide data to third parties on the basis of valid service and data processing contracts.
General rules
6. For security reasons, a camera system operates on the Villa11 premises, the detailed conditions of which can be found in the Villa 11 Camera System Privacy Policy.
7. The Villa11 building, equipment and facilities may only be used for their intended purpose.
8. You use the services at your own risk and responsibility.
9. Villa11 Club accepts no liability whatsoever for any objects left on the Villa11 premises. For larger valuables, the use of safes and lockers is recommended.
10. Found objects must be handed in to the Villa11 Front Office Manager with documentation.
Villa11 Club is not liable for any damage to persons or property resulting from non-compliance with the Rules and Regulations or from the irresponsible conduct of any person.
12. Smoking is prohibited inside the Villa11 building, as well as any activity that is outside the scope of the service, against the law or against public morals. Any activity that creates a strong noise, smell or other environmental nuisance is also prohibited.
13. Food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the entire area of Villa11.
14. Animals are not allowed in the Villa11 building for reasons of hygiene.
15. It is forbidden to carry out any commercial activity, advertising, propaganda, political or influencer activity without the permission of Villa11 Club. Advertisements and product samples may be placed on the Villa11 premises only with the permission of the Villa11 Club and only in the manner and place indicated by the Villa11 Club.
16. The Villa11 Club attaches the utmost importance to the protection of the privacy of its service users. The Villa11 Club provides a range of services including public and private events. Villa11 Klub will always inform in advance whether the event is open to the public (press), whether photographs or video recordings will be taken, whether live streaming will take place or not.
17. Without the prior written consent of Villa11 Club, the creation of audio and visual material (moving images or photographs) and their uploading to social media sites is prohibited.
18. In the event of any irregularity, in particular any breach of the rules of these Rules of Conduct or of the generally accepted rules of conduct, the person(s) concerned will be warned. If the warning is ineffective, the Villa11 Club is entitled to ask the guest to leave or to exclude him/her from the service, either temporarily or permanently.
19. The services of the Villa11 Club can only be used during the opening hours of the Villa11 Club. Exceptions to this rule may be made for times that do not violate the law and that have been approved in advance by Villa11 Club. You must leave the Villa11 premises at the respective closing time.
The Villa11 Club reserves the right to hold private events using all or part of the Villa11 premises.
21. A first aid box is available in the Villa11 area to provide first aid to persons who have had an accident on the Villa11 premises. In case of any accident, the Villa11 Club will record an accident report.
22. Visiting the building with a communicable disease is prohibited. In order to protect health, for example in the event of an epidemic situation, the Villa11 Club may require the wearing of masks or other preventive health rules.
23. Mobile phones may be used in Villa11 in silent or vibrate mode.
Use of the Wellbeing Center (area for sports activities and body treatments)
24. Access to the Wellbeing Center of Villa11 Club is only allowed in sports equipment in accordance with the sports activities that can be performed on site. When entering the rooms, it is compulsory to wear loafers or sports shoes. Street shoes are prohibited in all cases! Wearing jewellery can be dangerous, so please refrain from wearing it.
25. Drinking water may be brought into the premises only in a sealable bottle, all other food and drink is strictly prohibited.
26. Clean, dedicated (non-street) slippers must be worn in the changing rooms and showers.
27. There are clean towels in the locker outside the changing room. In consideration of our environment, please take only as many as you absolutely need. Please dispose of the towels in the laundry bin in the changing room after use.
28. After leaving, lockers must be left unlocked and unlocked.
29. The use of toilet facilities is permitted only for the purpose for which they are intended.
30. Only toilet paper may be thrown into the toilet, everything else (e.g. sanitary towels, tampons) must be placed in the bin provided for this purpose.
31. No children under the age of 14 are allowed in the Wellbeing Center area of Villa11 Club.
32. Pilates and other exercise machines and sports equipment may only be used for their intended purpose and within the context of the session. Villa11 Club trainers and instructors are available to demonstrate their use.
33. Body sculpting machines may only be operated by qualified professionals after a prior assessment. There are certain diseases and conditions which may be an exclusion for certain treatments.
34. The services of the Villa11 and the Wellbeing Center can be used by the guest in accordance with the rules of the house, at his/her own risk, according to his/her constitution, health and fitness. Violation of these rules, endangering the health and safety of the guest and other guests, may result in a warning, repeated or severe sanctions, and ultimately in the refusal of the service.
35. After using Pilates and other machines, weights and equipment, guests must leave the Pilates and other machines in their original position and return the weights and equipment to their designated and regular storage space.
36. Please always arrive on time for treatments and classes. Our professionals see clients one after the other, so in the event of a delay, our staff can provide service according to the time available. Group classes cannot be joined after 10 minutes late. No substitutions are possible.
37. The rescheduling or cancellation of booked appointments is subject to the following rules:
- Can be cancelled or transferred free of charge:
- for group lessons: 12 hours before the booked time via MotiBro or by email to villa@villa11.com.
- for individual sessions and treatments: 24 hours before the booked appointment via the MotiBro app or by email at villa@villa11.com.
- It is no longer possible to cancel or reschedule the service within 24 hours. In this case, the contract forfeits the right to the treatment, but it is considered as a used service.
Buffet
38. The buffet is self-service. Please order your food at the reception before leaving. Unfortunately, cash payment is not possible.
In the event of a breach of the Villa11 Club Rules, the Villa11 Club management may take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of Club membership, or in the case of a serious breach, initiate legal proceedings.
